Oana Negru-Subtirica, Ph.D. is a lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Babes-Bolyai University, teaching school and vocational counseling, and motivation development. Her research focuses on structures and processes involved in the development of intentionality and agency in adolescence and emerging adulthood, from the perspective of identity formation, motivation, and goals. She has been working as a scientist-practitioner for over 14 years, developing and applying educational and vocational interventions for diverse populations, having coordinated and worked as a member in over 14 national and international projects. She authored over 29 scientific articles, 15 books and book chapters, and has coordinated 4 fully funded grants.

Lavinia E. Damian, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at the Department of Psychology, Babes-Bolyai University, teaching school psychology, vocational counseling, and mental health promotion in children and adolescents. For her PhD research she received a mentored fellowship from the Jacobs Foundation and the International Society for the Study of Behavioral Development and an award as one of the best PhD students of Babes-Bolyai University. Her research focuses on the development of perfectionism and identity in adolescents and emerging adults. She worked as a research assistant in 4 international projects and 2 national projects and co-authored 3 books, 6 book chapters, and 7 scientific papers.

Eleonora Ioana Pop, Ph.D. is a post- doctoral researcher at the Department of Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University. Her major research interest regards identity development in educational settings in adolescents and emerging adults with a particular focus on the personal and contextual factors (e.g., personality traits, academic performance) related to identity development. She is a practitioner in the field of psychology for over 6 years, providing psychological counseling services to children, adolescents, parents, and teachers. She authored 6 scientific articles and 4 book chapters.

Ionuț-Sergiu Mone, M.A. is a Ph.D. student at the School of Applied Cognitive Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University and associated teaching assistant at the Department of Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University, teaching developmental psychology. His main research interest focuses on the mechanisms through which culture influences human development. Specifically, his interest focuses on how parents` self-construals and identity vary as a function of cultural context, how these variations appear and how they impact the way parents shape the developmental niche of the child. He worked as research assistant in one national project and authored 3 scientific papers.

Bogdan Glăvan is a Ph.D. student at the School of Applied Cognitive Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University. His research aims to investigate identity development during emerging adulthood by analyzing the relation between identity processes, self-regulation of goals and meaning-making. In recent years, he has been involved either as a practitioner or as a researcher in various national and international projects that have focused on the academic and vocational development of young people.
Carina Matei is a Ph.D. student at the School of Applied Cognitive Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University. Her main research interests are related to youth, identity development, especially domain-specific identity (i.e. spiritual and religious identity) and meaning-making. Over time, she has been involved as a researcher and mainly as a practitioner in various national and international projects that have focused on youth personal and professional development.
